How was your spring break?  In a short paragraph write about your break.  Make sure to include an introduction sentence, body sentences, and a conclusion when writing.

What project did you enjoy most at the learning fair and why?

In the spirit of Thanksgiving please make a list of at least 10 things you are thankful for this year.  In addition, choose one of the following characters and write what they would be thankful for:  mom, David, Catherine or Jason.

If you could create a set of rules for a family member, what would those rules be?  Make a list.  Some examples might be rules related to borrowing your things or how to act when you have a friend visiting.  MAKE SURE you are appropriate and kind when making your rules!

Are rules necessary in some situations?  If you think they are necessary name some of the situations.  What positive purposes do they serve?  When can rules be a negative thing?  Relate these questions to the book Rules that we are reading in class using details from the text to support your answer!

What are Catherine’s feelings about Jason when she first meets him, and why?  Please use evidence from the book to support your answer.
